Canada Continues Momentum in Express Entry: IRCC Issues More Invitations to PNP Candidates

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has issued 125 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) in the latest Express Entry draw, targeting candidates under the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP).

To be eligible for this draw, candidates needed a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of at least 784 and must have submitted their Express Entry profile before 6:12 p.m. UTC on 12 September 2024.

This draw marks the third Express Entry round of June, following a category-based draw for healthcare and social services occupations on June 4 and another PNP-specific draw on June 2. These are also the first draws conducted under Canada’s new Immigration Minister, Lena Diab.

To date, 35,342 ITAs have been issued through the Express Entry system in 2025.
