Canada Extends More Invitations to PNP Candidates in Latest Express Entry Draw

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) continues to prioritize provincial nominees, issuing 503 invitations to apply (ITAs) in its latest Express Entry draw on June 23, 2025.

This draw was specifically targeted at candidates under the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP), with a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score required set at 742. Candidates eligible for this draw had to have created their Express Entry profiles before 9:44 p.m. UTC on May 30, 2025.

Express Entry remains one of Canada's primary immigration pathways, and draws like these highlight IRCC’s ongoing strategy to attract skilled workers through provincial nominations.

Here's a brief recap of Express Entry draws conducted in June:

• June 23: PNP draw – 503 ITAs, CRS cutoff 742

• June 12: Canadian Experience Class (CEC) draw – 3,000 ITAs, CRS cutoff 529

• June 10: PNP draw – 125 ITAs, CRS cutoff 784

• June 4: Healthcare and Social Services category draw – 500 ITAs, CRS cutoff 504

• June 2: PNP draw – 277 ITAs, CRS cutoff 726

Overall, 2025 has seen a strong emphasis on provincial nominees. Out of the total 38,845 ITAs issued so far this year, the majority have been allocated to PNP candidates, showcasing Canada's commitment to addressing specific labor market needs identified by its provinces.
