Express Entry: 4,500 Candidates Invited in Third Draw of the Week

Canada’s immigration system is moving full steam ahead, with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) issuing 4,500 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) in the latest Express Entry draw.

This September 5 draw targeted candidates with strong French-language proficiency, as part of Canada’s effort to boost Francophone immigration outside Quebec.

To qualify, candidates needed to:

Have a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 446
Create an Express Entry profile before 7:21 a.m. UTC on June 16, 2025

Three Draws in One Week

This was the third Express Entry draw this week, following:

A Canadian Experience Class (CEC) draw on September 3, and
A Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draw on September 2.

So far in 2025, Canada has issued a total of 62,109 ITAs.
